wild horses from Dülmen (a little village in Germany near Münster).
edit: it is really amazing how many people like my picture and I'm happy to read all this nice comments. sadly I had to put a big watermark on it now because some people took this image without my permission. if want a watermark free version feel free to ask for it.
No comments??!! Such a great photograph!! It deserves a lot more attention! I love it. Especially because of the one horse in the middle that is facing the camera. All others are preoccupied with other stuff but that one managed to look straight into the camera. Really nice. Great work!
They look like Konik horses, same coloration. Very pretty.

Thx very much. It was luck an i saw the horse in the middle afterwards while scrolling through my pics. It was the best picture i took for a long time. I still find those masses amazing.
No problem! Its an amazing picture. A herd that large is definitely an impressive sight to see. You were lucky to have been able to experience that. I'm kinda jealous....

Absolutely beautiful. I love how the horse in the middle looks like hes frozen for a second to consider you while every other horse around him is sort of blurred slighty and bustling, eagar to get where they were going... One soul stops and everyone else falls into fastforward...
